History Statement:

"Established in Spring of 2001, F.U.S.I.O.N. (Filipinos Unifying Scientist-​Engineers In an Organized Network) was designed to enhance and support the life of students in technical majors or with technical interests. Initially, FUSION was created in response to the lack of Filipino representation in the technical world, but it has gone on to provide a strong network of support no matter the ethnicity. FUSION aims to create a more well rounded student, who is socially, academically, and professionally balanced. To that extent, FUSION provides an array of programs that span all three categories, including dedicated studying hours in private areas of the campus, and the formation of engineering’s first (and only) dance crew, FUSION-TEK."
